The Galloway Training Program has a 98% success rate.
We credit much of our success to the relationships the runners develop running in a group setting. Many training programs provide training schedules and tips on running, but leave runners to train on their own or with people who do not match their abilities.
We believe the "Power of the Group" is the single most important factor to helping our runners complete their goals.

Training Pace Calculator The most important thing all runners need to know about their training is: What pace should I run during my workouts? RW's Training Pace Calculator will answer this basic question for you, and suggest a number of key workouts.
Run/Walk Race Pace Calculator This calculator allows for one to enter a run/walk scheme or allows for one to enter a race goal and to obtain a run/walk scheme.

Predict Race Performance By running several 5K races during your marathon training, you can predict how fast you're capable of going in the marathon itself. This chart was designed by Gerry Purdy and reprinted, in part, from information supplied for Galloway's Book on Running. More extensive charts are offered in Gerry's Computerized Running Training Programs, published in Track & Field News.

Your Body Composition and the Ironman InnerScan
“If you put down a down a solid foundation and build one room after another, pretty soon you have a house. You build in your speedwork, your pace and increase your ability to run races and think races out. Then it’s possible to run the way we do.” — Rod Dixon
